Paul has over 25 years in the Irish insurance industry, working across various disciplines with insurers and brokers. He joined Ornella Group in June 2020 as Managing Director for Ireland and became Trading Director after acquiring Ornella Underwriting. Paul serves on the boards of Ornella Underwriting Ltd and Ornella Group.

Previously, he spent 12 years at Liberty Insurance in senior roles, including Regional Distribution Manager, and has worked with major entities like Glennons, Aon, Hibernian (Aviva), and QBE.
