Compliance Manager

Karen brings over 30 years of experience across the general insurance and captive insurance sectors. She has strong expertise in client servicing and development, along with the design and implementation of both conventional and non‑conventional insurance programmes. Her key specialisms include conduct risk, governance, and compliance monitoring.

Karen has held senior roles with Aon, Lockton, and the Isle of Man Insurance Regulator, working across Compliance Monitoring, Governance, and Conduct Risk. She is also a Past President of the Insurance Institute of the Isle of Man. After relocating to Ireland in 2016, Karen joined the business as Quality Governance Manager progressing to Compliance Manager in May 2021.

Karen is an articulate public speaker with extensive experience delivering training programmes in insurance, governance, and conduct risk.
